The healthiest shake you will ever drink.

Greetings folks, i'm here today to tell you about one of the things I do every morning to ensure im getting all of my nutrients needed by my body. I'm going to tell you how to make a shake that is full of powerhouses of nutrients and will significantly increase the health of your body. I drink one of these in the mornings, and sometimes split the doses into 2 shakes, one in the morning one at night, after I implemented this into my diet I noticed a lot of changes in my health, energy levels, and because I do alot of physical exercise and work, I noticed that it really improved my recovery and training levels. So without further ado, here it is, this is just a rough draft of the shake, obviously you can add anything you want to add, but there are a few things I think should be staples.

1 tablespoon of Barley Grass
1 tablespoon of Wheat Grass
1 tablespoon of Cocao Powder
1 tablespoon of Chorella Powder
1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
Around 20-25 grams of Hemp Seeds
1 tablespoon chlorophyll(this will help improve the taste)

Make sure all of this stuff is organic if you can, obviously you can add or take out whatever you like, but these are all extremelly good for you, and this shake will act kind of like a multi-vitamin, except it provides for you a hell of a lot more than any pill would. This is what I would consider a huge part of my health routine, and I never leave home without having one of these.

The Rundown

Hey guys, I have been away for a while, I recently started a new job and I have been busy with that. So my sincerest apologies,. I should have more free time to be working on this as of now.

Now that that's out of the way, I just want to take this time to actually tell you the meaning of why I'm even making this blog. I probably should have done this first before anything, but I was just excited to tell you guys a few things first.

The main reason I am making this is because, I, a young male living in western society and culture, have a concern for your health, and I genuinely care about your wellbeing. This blog is going to be designed to not only address this issue, but its something more than that, I want this to be a place to go when you need any information on the best thing to do for your well-being. The human body is a complicated and diverse enigma, it consists of numerous systems, billions upon billions of living cells, and its main fuel, food, is what is powering it. We all hear that little metaphor about gas and cars, you know, dont fill your car up with propane if you want it to run properly.. Yeah, well the same concept is applied to the body. If you are feeding yourself crap, your gonna look like crap and feel like crap, thats just the way it goes. Let this be the place you come to for your nutritional needs. I offer something different than other places, I will give you the truth, I will debunk the myths, I will give it to you straight. The reason I am doing this is because I beleive we as a people have been wronged, in the sense that we are basically raised as consumers, to be consumers, to make and spend our money, and to think inside the box that is created for us. Well this is my stand, to say enough of this bullsh*t.

Super food for you will contain nothing but the best information in regards to diet, and nutrition. I am not trying to sell anything to you guys, I am here to simply spread the knowledge that I have obtained over the last few years and that I have personally applied to my life to see benefits. Trust in me, and I wont let you down.

Quinoa, the Grain of the Gods.

This article is going to inform you about what I would consider the absolute best choice, when it comes to grains. Quinoa, which is a species of Goosefoot (Chenopodium). Quinoa, is a grain-like crop which produces edible seeds, which are surprisingly nutritious. Quinoa has been croppped for thousands of years in its natural habitat in South America, it was a staple in the diet of the Andean people, and actually goes back as far as the Mayans. The Mayans called this grain the Grain of the Gods, it has also been dubbed, the Gold of the incas, and these terms match it well. This grain is packed full of nutrients, and is a grain that has a full spectrum protein. Meaning it contains all of the amino acids needed by the human body, similar to meat. It is also a great source of phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Quinoa is a perfect substitute for rice or pasta, it, like all other grains, is full of carbohydrates, but as mentioned above, it has a full spectrum protein aswell, which is hard to find in any other food. It has a pleasant nutty flavor, and can be used in all kinds of recipes. Its also easily digestable and is easy to store, and can last up to a year without spoiling. In fact its offers such a great variety of attributes that it is being considered as one of the crops for NASA's Controlled Ecological Life Support System for long-duration manned spaceflights. If you are looking for something to change it up in your diet, and are tired of the same old pasta and rice combos, I suggest you give this a try, you wont be let down.

A Secret Weapon of FAT Destruction!!

I want to take the time to tell you guys about a secret weapon in the diet field, often overlooked for its amazing health benefits, and more importantly, its ability to burn fat. Im talking about Coconut Oil, which is somewhat of a common oil used in the culinary arts. Coconut oil, which comes from the Cocus Nucifera, or the coconut Palm, is packed with nutrients, and can be used for almost anything, it is extremelly versatile, and is underrated in the diet field. The health benefits of this oil include hair care, skin care, weight loss, digestion, increased immunity strength, lowers cholesterol, helps prevent all kinds of disease, bone strength, and heart disease. It has been used  in the tropics for thousands of years as a main source of dietary fats, and I personally think that everyone should have this as a staple in their diet, it truly is a miraculous food.

Coconut oil is more than 90% saturated fats, and because of this, its often seen as something that isnt good for weight loss or heart health, however its actually the opposite. coconut oil is mostly lauric acid (around 50%) which is very good for preventing heart disease and lowering cholesterol levels. Its also very good for weight loss, as its composed of short and medium-chain fatty acids, which help take off fat. If you go down to the tropics, where coconut oil is used regularily, you will notice that there are very few fat or obese people. There is a whole host of other uses for coconut oil aswell as just a dietary cooking oil, or something you lick off the end of a spoon. Coconut oil can be used as a hair care supplement, it is extremelly healthy for the hair and will help promote that healthy shine, it acts as a natural moisturizer for all types of skin. It has antioxidant properties and helps in preventing premature aging and degenerative diseases. It will also repair damaged tissue, for example if you put it on a cut or bruise, it would help heal it faster.

So if you are looking for something to help kick start your weight loss, and something that you can make a staple part of your diet, look no further, because this stuff is what your looking for. It is commonly used among athletes and bodybuilders as a cooking oil and energy optimizer, it has lower calories than other oils, it is full of more nutrients and and it tastes alot better to.
